AI4DI: The App for raising awareness in the workplace
AI for Diversity and Inclusion (AI4DI) is a co-financed project by Erasmus+ programme in the field of vocational education and training (VET). We want to create a new training approach for managers and HR staff about the importance of diversity and inclusion within companies, by using AI for sentiment analysis.

When creating a Company account, you will be asked to fill a questionnaire. It’s a way to understand key aspects of the workplace environment from a D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) perspective. The company name will never be published, and data in our database will be used solely for statistical purposes.

Compass for Diversity and Inclusion
Zhero Consulting has released the guide “Compass for Diversity and Inclusion” which is suitable for managers, coordinators and HR offices of SMEs.
The guide is important for the App users to orientate themselves within the surveys’ results, to choose the best practices among the many approaches towards workplace matters, and ultimately, to make the workplace more D&I compliant.

The AI4DI course addresses diversity as a strategic element for business success. Diversity encompasses various aspects such as age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.
